Car-Fi’s Layaway Policy
We want to make it easy for you to purchase goods and services from Car-Fi. Along with financing, we have Layaway available.
- Requirement of 20% down
- Payment in full must be made within 60 days
- After 60 days, product will be removed from layaway and payment will be forfeited
- Cancelation of layaway at any time is allowed, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Total due at pay-off may vary due to changes in taxes or additions to the original layaway.
Car-Fi’s Warranty Service
Authorized Dealers: Car-Fi takes great pride in the relationships we've built with our vendors. We are Authorized Dealers for every line we represent! We can insure you receive the maximum level of warranty offered by the manufacturers at the time of your purchase. Car-Fi maintains a direct channel to them in the event of a product malfunction. Different manufacturers offer different periods of warranty coverage and may require different procedures for claims and evaluation. Due to our competitive pricing of product, we cannot cover any additional expenses beyond what the manufacturer provides by their warranty (ie: shipping). Warranty work may be subject to removal and reinstall charges. Our customers can be assured that if they have a problem, their issue will be handled as soon as possible by Car-Fi, in cooperation with the manufacturer. Product issues can be addressed and facilitated at either of our two locations.
Official Contest Rules
Eligibility: Employees and families of CMT Group Inc., Car-Fi, Competitive Audio as well as sponsors, their employees and their families are ineligible to participate in or win any contests. We reserve the right to disqualify any contestant who is financed, aided, encouraged or prompted by an employee or family member of any CMT Group Inc business. We reserve the right to disqualify any contestant if we deem the contest rules were not followed. All contestants, unless otherwise stated in specific contest rules, must be 18 years old or older to enter.
Prizes: All prizes awarded through Car-Fi or Competitive Audio are non-transferable; nor may prize be substituted at the request of a contest winner; nor may a prize be substituted for cash. We reserve the right to substitutes a prize of equal or greater values in the event the specified prize offered is unavailable. All prizes awarded by Car-Fi or Competitive Audio must be claimed within 30 days of the date the prize is won. No substitutions will be made for violation of this 30 day rule. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within the 30 day period, the prize is forfeited, and eligibility restrictions mentioned in these rules still apply to that winner for future contests. All prizes must be picked up during regular business hours.
Release: Car-Fi or Competitive Audio may require a release form to be completed by the winner and any other person or persons involved in accepting a prize. Upon accepting any contest prize from Car-Fi or Competitive Audio, the winner releases CMT Group Inc., Car-Fi, Competitive Audio and any and all sponsors of any liability or further claims. The decision of the judges if used in a contest is final. All winners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on prizes received. All entrants agree to grant CMT Group Inc., Car-Fi and Competitive Audio unlimited use of their name, voice, picture, quotation or facsimile, without consideration, in conjunction with their participation in any given contest.
General E-contests Rules: The following are specifically related to E-contests and E-Mail Club promotions on Stations websites:
a) All appropriate information in required fields must be filled out or you will be disqualified.
b) To win a prize you must reside within 75 miles of Springfield MO
c) Any problems with the internet or email are not Stations’ responsibility
d) Unless otherwise specified, participant must be 18 or older as of the start date of the contest to enter or win.
Identification: In order for winner to claim a prize, Car-Fi or Competitive Audio requires picture identification. Car-Fi or Competitive Audio may require any or all of the following; driver’s license, state ID, passport and/or birth certificate. CMT Group Inc., Car-Fi, Competitive Audio requires a contestant to truthfully respond with all pertinent information it deems necessary for business records, including but not restricted to: legal name, address, telephone number. Car-Fi or Competitive Audio may disqualify a contest immediately upon learning the contestant has responded with false information.
Changes: Car-Fi or Competitive Audio reserves the right to extend the contest if it so desires. Car-Fi or Competitive Audio reserves the right to make necessary changes to the contest rules and procedures. In the event of any dispute pertaining to this contest, the decision of Car-Fi or Competitive Audio management is final.
Other: Prize Winner (s) – The prize winner is responsible for all Federal, State and Local Taxes that apply.

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.
Place: The Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.
Retention time: The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that the Data Controller suspend or remove the data.

The rights of Users
